1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how Songbird Fusion Labs Private Limited ("Company") collects and processes personal data for IB Leap ("Platform"). The Company acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and also seeks to align with global privacy standards.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data when you use the Platform:

• Student Data: Name, grade, school (if provided), academic profile, preferences, participation data.
• Parent/Guardian Data: Name, email address, phone number, billing and contact details.
• Account Data: Login credentials (hashed), communication history, support requests, and feedback shared with us.
• Payment Data: Transaction details such as amount, date, and payment method, processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Full card details are not stored by the Company.
• Technical Data: IP address, device and browser information, operating system, approximate location, and usage logs.
• Analytics Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, such as pages visited, time spent, and features used, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY & PARENTAL CONSENT

IB Leap provides educational services for students typically aged 14–18. Personal information relating to minors is collected and processed only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for the information submitted on behalf of the minor and for supervising the minor's use of the Platform.

Verifiable parental consent is required before processing data of minors. We do not conduct behavioral tracking or targeted advertising for minors. Parents may withdraw consent or request deletion of a minor's data by contacting support@ibleap.com.

4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Data is processed to deliver educational services, manage accounts, process payments, provide support, improve services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party service providers to operate and support the Platform, including payment processors, communication platforms (such as video-conferencing tools), email and SMS providers, cloud hosting, and analytics tools. These service providers process personal data on our behalf and are required to implement appropriate security measures and use the data only for the specified purposes.

6. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER

Data may be stored or processed outside India with appropriate safeguards in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
